Dr. Rhea shares her free time with her husband Dr. Brian Schmidt, lovely daughter, Victoria, and snuggles with her fluffy cats. Her positive energy and passion for serving her patients can be felt as soon as you walk in the door. She is newer to business ownership, started May 2024, but having practiced since 2008, there are few surprises for this young lady. She has a simple mindset with her practice "Let's get it done!", "We can do it!", along with "Absolutely!" can be heard frequently with a smile that could warm the coldest of days. Dr. Rhea Nicklow is such an blessing in an industry that seems to easily loose sight of their patient's needs.
Dr. Rhea Nicklow was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated from Convent of the Visitation School in 1994. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 1998 and an M.S. in Chemistry from Youngstown State University in 2000.
Megan is a rare blessing in the dental field. Not only will she give you a sparking, dashing fresh cleaning as a hygienist but she also can look out for you based on her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) experiences. She has a keen eye for the little details that will save you hundreds of dollars in cavity and decay prevention. She has all the credentials and knowledge to meet your dentistry needs along with silly conversation about her family of awesome humans, chickens, goats, and puppies.
​Leslie has exceptional relationships in our office. Everyone that comes to see her feels her loving warm presence. From the places she's traveled to, to the loving family she has, she is the warmest heart to support your oral health. If you have any worry at all about dentists, Leslie is the hygienist that will help you forget all your worry.

Born and raised in Akron OH Amber is such a fantastic assistant for our team. She prepare you for treatments, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and perform other duties to help ensure that dental procedures run smoothly. Amber graduated from Central Howard Dental Assisting program in 2000 and has been generating smiles chairside ever since. She has surgical experience, assistant with implant placement,, and is a certified phlebotomist along with taking aesthetic courses at Dental Ceramics Lab. Amber has 4 sons and 1 daughter. When enjoying her free time with family she is crafting or hanging with her 2 dogs and her cat.

Andrea is an incredible administrative magician. She has been in the industry since 1991. She attended Akron medical Institute and worked as an Dental Assistant until the late 90's. She finds administration to be very rewarding with hands on approach to providing patient with a pleasant experience. She is the perfect teammate for hard work, communication and individual growth. She has a beautiful family that is so proud to call her mamma bear along with her dentistry family that is blessed with the same compassionate love and care.
